Extending job offers to trained externs impacts health systems in three critical areas:
Retention: Average retention rates increase roughly 20% when hiring externs.
Hiring and Training Costs: If you hire one of our externs, you’ll pay a small flat fee. We guarantee you’ll be happy with the placement of that employee for 60 days, and if things don’t work out for the long-term, we’ll refund your money.
