What We Do

At Carrus, we believe there’s a better way for health systems to combat their unique staffing challenges — and streamline the way they attract star talent, upskill current employees, and future-proof their organizations. It’s an approach that has become an obsession, fueled by our passion for JobTech and driven by the current state of the industry. Our focus is on the development of critical skills, the discovery of newly trained talent, and the job placement of experienced Allied Health professionals. It’s a rather conventional idea, but it’s never been done right.

And we see that as an opportunity.

Why We Do It

The healthcare industry as a whole is experiencing a crisis of skill — and has been for a long time. For years, the industry has struggled to maintain the steady supply of skilled professionals necessary to fill the millions of open positions throughout the country and provide care for a growing population.

This ever-increasing gap has made it more apparent than ever that training professionals and supporting health systems are two sides of the same coin. It’s a cyclical relationship, and one side can’t succeed without the other.

It was this reality that inspired us to build on our 30-year history as a training provider and develop an end-to-end Allied Health solution that bridges the gap between skilled workers and growing health systems.
